Mrs Omodunke Adelakun is a graduate of Accounting from the Ogun state University. She is an Associate of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Nigeria and an Alumnus of the Lagos Business School Senior Management Programme. She worked in the Banking industry for 29 years in various commercial banks including Chartered Bank, Stanbic IBTC and WEMA Bank where she retired as the zonal manager in charge of the Lagos Island Business Area. She has extensive experience in credit , operations, marketing as well as being a chartered accountant.
30 years Experience Which cuts across practise in Architecture, Construction, Interior design, Project management/Administration, Building Facility management. He has worked on both private and commercial projects with various architectural and construction firms with projects at various geographical locations in Nigeria. These firms include: DarchiWorkgroup, APD Consultants, SAS Consultants, Sparklight Engineering. He is presently a Director at Courtleigh and Raumplus Nig. Ltd. Both organisations are into Design, Construction and specialisation on interiors designs and finishes as well as real estate. All of there projects have the seal of precision, style and client satisfaction, which are the symbols of their services
Shade is a graduate of Sociology, with MSc in Public and International Affairs from the University of Lagos. She has investment and financial experience based on her role on the research team on Access to Financial services in Nigeria. After this, Shade began her career in sales in 2013. With 8 years experience, she understands the real estate market adequately and uses her knowledge to guide would be home owners and investors on the best real estate opportunities for them.
